Return & Refund Policy
At Sisters & Lab, every product is handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, care, and intention. Because of the intimate nature of what we make, we approach returns thoughtfully.
Returns
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to request a return, please reach out to us at sistersandlab@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll review and respond within 24–48 hours.
Damaged In Transit
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll replace the item at no cost to you. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping, but we understand things happen in transit.
A Note on Warm Weather Shipping
Our body butters, balms, and butter-based products are made with natural plant butters and oils — ingredients that are designed to melt at body temperature, which is how they nourish your skin. In warmer months or during transit through hot climates, these products may arrive softened or partially melted. This does not affect the quality, safety, or efficacy of the product. Simply place the jar in a cool spot (a refrigerator works beautifully) for a few hours and it will firm back up, ready for use. For best results, store all Sisters & Lab products in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Wrong Or Missing Items
If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours at sistersandlab@gmail.com with your order number and we'll ship the correct or missing item to you at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds for wrong or missing items — we'll make sure you get exactly what you ordered.
