Shipping Policy

At Sisters & Lab, every order is handmade and packed with care and intention. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your items thoughtfully, just as we would for our own families.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand in the future.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. During busy seasons or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us at support@sistersandlab.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate of $6 on all domestic orders under $50.

Free Shipping Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the continental United States.

Delivery Time We typically ship via UPS Ground or USPS, depending on your location and order size. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@sistersandlab.com.

A Note on Warm Weather Shipping Our body butters, balms, and butter-based products are made with natural plant butters and oils — ingredients that are designed to melt at body temperature, which is how they nourish your skin. In warmer months or during transit through hot climates, these products may arrive softened or partially melted. This does not affect the quality, safety, or efficacy of the product. Simply place the jar in a cool spot (a refrigerator works beautifully) for a few hours and it will firm back up, ready for use. For best results, store all Sisters & Lab products in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Lost Or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are scanned early). If the package still doesn't appear, please contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
